William Hubert Hinebaugh JR, 87, formerly of 39 Jones ST, Piedmont, and most recently of Moran Manor Nursing Center, Westernport, MD, passed away Friday March 2, 2012 at the nursing center.
Born March 23, 1924 in Hubbard, he was the son of the late William H. Hinebaugh SR and the late Agnes Pearl (Mason) Hinebaugh. His wife in 1999, Eugenia R. (Wilt) Hinebaugh, also preceded him in death.
Mr. Hinebaugh was a former participant of the CCC Camp during World War II. He retired from Westvaco, having worked in the core department. He was Methodist by faith. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, and an avid hunter, fisherman, walker and woodworker.
He leaves behind a daughter, Flora Elaine Johnson and husband Allan of Chester, VA, two grandchildren, Mark Allan Johnson and wife Gloria of Amelia, VA, Tracy Lynn Johnson of Bumpass, VA, two great grandchildren, Nikki Johnson and Matthew Johnson and a niece, Brenda Long and husband Bill of Union City, PA.
The family will receive friends at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, MD, on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A funeral service will be conducted at funeral home on Monday at 11:00 AM.
Interment will be in Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser
