Travis Cross, 41, of 139 Philos Ave, Westernport, passed away Sunday, August 19, 2012.
Born July 22, 1971 in Washington, DC, he was the son of Christine Diane (Hartley) Cross of Salisbury, NC, and the late George Gordon Cross.
Travis was a truck driver having been employed by J.B. Hunt Trucking. He was a dedicated husband, father, son, brother, and best friend. Travis, you were and always we be all of these and more. We look forward to the day when we can meet again in our heavenly Fathers house.
In addition to his mother, Christine Cross, he leaves behind his wife, Erica (Creasy) Cross, two daughters, Kaitlyn and Danielle Cross at home, two brothers, Timothy Allen Cross of Baltimore, Thomas Arthur Cross of Middletown, and one sister, Tina Marie Martinez of Salisbury, NC.
A memorial service will be conducted at the First Baptist Church, 109 Philos Ave, Westernport, on Saturday, August 25th at 1:00 PM, with Rev. Earl Williams officiating. Friends and family will be received from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 25th at the church prior to services.
Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, is in charge of arrangements.
