Robert Neal Rizer, 69, of Savage River Road passed away on September 14, 2017 at his residence.
Born April 27, 1948, he was the son of the late Robert and Fannie Rizer. He was also preceded in death by a grandson, Casey Shockey.
Neal was a graduate of Bruce High School. He retired from Westvaco as a truck supervisor after 44 years.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey (Bittinger) Rizer; his children, Darrin Rizer and wife, Julia, Dawn Shockey and husband, Dickie and Brandi Meese and husband, Clint. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Tasha Dunn, Kylie Shockey, Cory Shockey, Jeremy Shockey, Christian Rizer, Cianna Rizer, Alyssa Rizer; and his great grandchildren, Kayden, Carsen, Harmony and Dominik. Neal is survived by his sisters, Crystal Teets and her children, Megan, Josh and Matthew; and Wandell Feaster and her daughter, Stefannie. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law, Dwight Bittinger and wife, Deborah, Dayton Bittinger, Dallas Bittinger and wife, Joyce; and a sister in law Ruby Napier.
In accordance with Neal’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services.
Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park, Cumberland.
Boal Funeral Home, Westernport assisted the family with arrangements.
