Robert Lee Mayhew, 78, of East Piedmont St, Keyser, passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Heartland of Keyser Nursing Home.
Born June 6, 1934 in Franklin, MD, he was the son of the late Frank and Edith (Duckworth) Mayhew. Seventeen brothers and sisters also preceded him in death. He was the last survivor of his immediate family.
Mr. Mayhew leaves behind his long time companion, Cynthia Blizzard, two sons, Robert Mayhew and Zack Mayhew, three daughters, Edith Sanders, Jenny Plum and Sherry Howard, all of Keyser, ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and his last niece, Gloria LaClair of Frostburg, MD, and his last nephew, Steve Mayhew of Tennessee.
Mr. Mayhew was cremated. There will be no visitation or services.
