Lillian Maxine (Biddle) O’Neal, 86 of Rawlings and formerly of Frostburg, passed away on June 3, 2021.

Born January 16, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Louis E. and Agnes (Muir) Biddle. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James “Jim” O’Neal; and brothers, Elmer Biddle and Louis I. “Skee” Biddle.

Maxine was a 1953 graduate of Bruce High School, she was an active member of her class and attended many Bruce High Alumni events. She retired from Frostburg Village in 1999. Maxine always saw the good in others, she was always so kind and had a big heart.

Maxine is survived by her daughter, Pamela Bennett and husband, Richard of Oldtown; her grandchildren, R.J. Bennett and wife, Molly and Miranda Bennett and fiancé Dan Morris. She is also survived by her sister, Helen Cavey and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Family and friends will be received at Boal Funeral Home, Westernport on Monday, June 7th from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, June 8th at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. George Harpold officiating.

Interment will be at Philos Cemetery, Westernport.
