Jo Ann Hyde

Jo Ann Hyde, 83 passed away on January 4, 2020 at Moran Manor Nursing Center.

Born December 19, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Olin and Rosaline (Nelson) Stephen. She is also preceded in death by her former husband, Donald “Doodle” Hyde.

Jo Ann loved reading and playing bingo, but her greatest love was her family, her daughter, Karen, grandchildren and her siblings. Her family meant the world to her.

Jo Ann is survived by her daughter, Karen Sellers and husband, Mark of Rawlings. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Justin Sellers and wife, Tara of Salisbury, PA, Jeremy Sellers of Philadelphia, PA, Shawn Sellers of Rawlings; and her great grandchildren, Daulton, Drake, Dylan and Brady. Jo Ann is survived by her siblings, Wayne Stephen and wife, Linda of Barton, Sandra Bennett and husband, Edward of Frostburg and Valerie Knisley of Keyser, WV.

Family and friends will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport on Tuesday, January 7 from 5 to 7 p.m.

A funeral service will take place in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, January 8 at 11:30 a.m.
