Edward Lee Paugh, 66, of Swanton, MD passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.
He was born September 5, 1951 in Keyser, WV to the late Truman Edward and Margaret Lee (Bosley) Paugh.
He was preceded in death by his wife Loretta McDonald. They were married August 27, 2016.
Ed was a 1969 graduate of Bruce High School.He was a 22-year veteran of the Baltimore City Police Department. He was later employed by the City of Frostburg as the Maintenance Supervisor for the Parks and Recreation Department. Ed was a member of Black Hawk Tribe 131 and Baltimore City Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #3. Ed enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
He is survived by his son Edward Lee Paugh II and wife, Mary of Centerville, TX; son Jason Paugh of New Tazwell, TN; step-daughters Ronda Stout of Piedmont, WV, Pam Aursland of Stuart, FL, and Tracy Ravenscroft of Markleysburg, PA; brother, Wayne Paugh and wife Karen of Boonsboro, MD; brother, William Paugh and partner, Kim Blair of Swanton; close family friend, Joe (Moose) Massey of Sabiallasville; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, niece and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Thursday, August 30, 2018. The family will receive friends from 12-1pm and a service will be held at 1pm.
