David Staggs

David Michael Staggs, 66 of Keyser passed away on May 30, 2021.

Born on December 27, 1954, he was the son of Eurthia (Cash) Staggs and the late Donald Staggs. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Cynthia (Westfall) Staggs.

David was a 1973 graduate of Keyser High School. He worked at the Anchor Glass Corporation for 18 years. David retired from the Kingsford Charcoal shipping warehouse as a warehouse manager. His favorite pastimes were fishing and hunting.

Along with his mother, Eurthia, he is survived by his sons, Jeremy Staggs, and wife, Crystal of Orlando, FL, Jason Staggs of Brophytown, MD, and Brian Staggs and wife, Trisha of Keyser. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Alex Staggs, Kailyn Staggs, Tyler Staggs, Zachary Staggs, Trey Kesner and wife, Ellie, Chris Mason and wife, Taylor, and Dylan Thorne; great-grandchildren, Aliyah, Aubriella, Payton, Myles, and Emmet. David is survived by his siblings, Jerry Staggs and wife, Judy of Columbus, OH, Patricia Heishman and husband, Bob of Knoxville, TN, Steve Staggs and wife, Julie of Burlington; his father-in-law, Paul Westfall of Westernport, MD; and sister-in-law, Mary Wass and husband, John of Pennsylvania.

Family and friends will be received at Boal Funeral Home, Westernport on Thursday, June 3rd from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Friday, June 4th at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will be at Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
