Dale Lewis Kimble, 68, of Cameron-Orchard Road, New Creek, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Born October 2, 1944 in Keyser, he was the son of the late Daniel Leonard and Ruth (Kesner) Kimble.  He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Amber R. Winkler, a sister, Nancy Reel, a brother, Don Kimble, and a father-in-law, Kenneth Porter.

Mr. Kimble was a United States Naval Veteran, having served during the Vietnam War.  He was an avid WVU Mountaineer fan, and enjoyed metal detecting.  He also loved his grandchildren and his cats.

He leaves behind his wife of 46 years, Belva (Porter) Kimble, a son, Zachary Kimble and wife Autumn of New Creek, a daughter, Anhara Coffman and husband, Josh of New Creek, two brothers, Leon Kimble of Piedmont, Lynn Ray Kimble of Elizabethtown, PA, and a sister, Lois Fink of Keyser.  He is also survived by his grandchildren, Britian and Gypsy Winkler, Stevie, Josh Jr., Courtney, Chyenne, and Quintin Coffman, and Reese Kimble, six great grandchildren, and his mother-in-law, Colleen Porter of Barton, MD.

Friends and family will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, MD, on Friday from 7 to 9 PM.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral chapel on Saturday at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Charles Winebrenner officiating.

Interment will be in Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens, LaVale, MD.
