Anita Louise (White) Johnson, 74, of Keyser, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at Heartland of Keyser Nursing Home
Born April 17, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Melville and Dessie (Johnson) White. She is also preceded in death by her husband Franklin Johnson and her son David Scott McIntyre.
Mrs. Johnson was a member of the Grace Methodist Church and was an active member of the choir. She was a member of the Beta Etta Sorority and she was also a participant in the Community Chorus.
She is survived by her sister Beverly White-Davis, Keyser; a brother Dorsey White, Ashburn, VA; a step-daughter Diane Amann & Donald, Rawlings, MD; a step-son Steven Johnson & RaJane, Churchton, MD; three step-grandchildren, Carissa Amann, Brittany Amann and Cyrus Johnson; a step-great-grandson, AJ Amann; a sister-in-law Charmine & Al Gwynn and several nieces.
Family and friends will be received at Boal Funeral Home, Westernport on Wednesday, May 9th from 6 to 9 PM. There will be a Beta Etta service at 7 PM There will also be a visitation on Thursday at 10 AM with a service to follow at the funeral home at 11 AM with Rev. Jim McCune officiating.
Interment will be in Philos Cemetery, Westernport
