Amber Diane Wills, 47, of Candlestick Place, Williamsburg, formerly of Bloomington, MD, and Cresaptown, MD, passed away Sunday, April 15, 2012 at Hospice House and Support Care, Williamsburg.
Born June 17, 1964 in Cumberland, MD, she was the daughter of the late Robert David and Dolores Ann (Warnick) Boal.
Amber was a wife, mom and homemaker. She was a member of Bloomington United Methodist Church, Bloomington, MD. She was always active with her children’s athletic endeavors, having been a support team “mom” over the years for Potomac Valley Athletic Association, Cresaptown, MD, the Deep Creek Little Association of Chesapeake, VA, and the Williamsburg Baseball Association. Amber will always be remembered for the epitome of courage she displayed while fighting a courageous battle with cancer over several years.
She leaves behind her husband, Kelly Wills, two sons, Jordan Wills and Blake Wills, all of Williamsburg, a sister, Autumn Mancuso and husband Kevin of Mt. Savage, MD, a brother-in-law, Jim Wills and wife Marge of Westernport, MD, several nieces and nephews, Autumn Ray, Matthew Ray, Chelsea Marsh, Jimmy Wills, Jennifer Wills, Brady Engle, and Elijah Babcock, and her two dogs, Rudy and Babe.
Friends will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, MD, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Gary Rankin officiating.
Interment will be in Bloomington Cemetery, Bloomington, MD.
