Evelyn Wilson

Evelyn Marie Wilson, 93, of Maryland Ave, Westernport, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Ruby Memorial Hospital Hospice, Morgantown.

Born April 15, 1924 in Westernport, she was the daughter of the late Hobart and Mary (Cullen) Patrick.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Wilson, brothers, James H. and Father John H. Patrick, and a daughter-in-law, Cindy Wilson.

Mrs. Wilson was a graduate of St. Peters High School.  She was a member of St. Peters Alumni Association, member of Divine Mercy Parish St. Peters Catholic Church, member of Queens Point V.F.W. 6775, and a member of Catholic Daughters of America.

Surviving are sons, David Wilson (Shirley) Westernport, James Wilson (Vicky) Beans Cove, PA., grandchildren, Michael Wilson (Shirley) Grantsville, Christopher and Kenneth Wilson, Cumberland, Richard Wilson (fiancé Anna Couffer) Hagerstown, James J. Wilson (Diane) Cumberland, Stacey Jewell, Keyser, Amie Paige, Short Gap, step grandchildren, Bill White, Cumberland, Scotty White (Anne) Beans Cove, PA, Jesse Gobble, Cumberland, twelve great grandchildren.

At Evelyn’s request there will be no visitation.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Divine Mercy Parish St. Peters Catholic Church on Monday, January 22nd at 11:00 AM.

Interment will be in Philos Cemetery, Westernport.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to St. Peters Church Improvement Fund or St. Peters Church Bereavement Committee.
